The Customer Service Representative will act as a Virtual Assistant for a certain client.
 
Responsibilities:
Customer interaction and issue documentation.
Efficient scheduling of repair appointments.
Parts order management for repairs.
Billing and invoice processing
Record maintenance for service requests.
Coordination with technicians for appointments.
Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative
Outstanding attendance record
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Experience in handling calls, emails, chats, and basic admin tasks.
