We are looking for candidates that have previous experience with voice/non-voice customer service support. The customer support team will provide a critical function to help service clients.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
High level of English communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Experience in BPO is a plus
Must be open to work overtime, graveyard shift, holidays, or weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly with the executives and sales team to support direct marketing communications to our existing and target clients
Maintains customer records
Resolves customers' complaints, determining the cause of the problem and expediting the resolution of the problem.
Prepares and update service report as required by the client.
