Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Providing first-level query response to customers
Booking deliveries into the freight management system
Ensuring queue length and call wait times are kept to a minimum
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Using online systems to access data and answer inquiries
Logging notes on all issues/inquiries against the relevant job
Investigating, resolving, or escalating all driver queries
A Successful Candidate Must Have
Strong customer service focus
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient computer skills
Confident in taking calls from outside of the Philippines
Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups
