Job Description
Customer Service Representative (Full-Time - Night Shift | US)
Full-time 40 hours per week
Php 32,000 to 35,000 take-home pay monthly, negotiable
Monday to Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:00 am PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client based in the United States is a Paramedic-owned company that provides quality health and safety training to their clients and is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative.
About the Role:
People will call or email the company for various products and services and your task is to respond to all those calls and emails. Examples of call/emails are help requests in registering for a class, assistance in filling out forms, clarifications on classes offered, etc.
Triage questions, issues, and concerns
Answer questions and concerns based on SOP database
Collecting pertinent customer information and entering/updating it on the CRM
Direct customers to the appropriate person who can help them if answers are not available on the SOP repository
Data entry and organization
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role or similar
Background in healthcare/medical emergency industries will be a BIG plus
Dynamic and energetic, self-motivated, and embraces an ever-changing environment
Attention to detail and great organizational skills
Align with the company's core values
A history of respect for authority
Professionalism in appearance, social media engagement, and language while around peers
An attitude of willingness to pitch in regardless of whether it's in your "job description" or not
A fascination and love for learning. If you've ever said, "Why do I need to know this, I'll never use it?", This is not the position for you.
Tech savvy: won't have trouble with online platforms and systems
Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
