Utilibill provides a billing and CRM platform to utility and telecommunication clients across the world. We are expanding our business and are looking to hire customer service representative to support call flows in the Australian Electricity Retail sector. As a growing business, there will be plenty of opportunity for growth and improvement within the business!
Qualifications & experience
Must have Australian Electricity customer service experience
Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport and strong listening skills
Retail Electricity Customer Service experience is highly desired but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist customers over the phone and email with their electricity account enquiries.
Aim to provide a first call resolution to customer enquiries.
Respond to customer emails as and when required.
Record customer accounts accurately with particular attention to details.
Deliver on KPIs.
Can-do attitude with the desire to learn and grow.
Maintain positive workplace relationships with the team.
Manage and resolve customer enquiries with a high passion.
