Job Description
Job duties for Customer Service Representatives vary based on the number of tickers coming in and the nature of the customers inquiry and concerns.
Answer Emails/Chat
Customer Service Representative answer incoming tickets (Email/Chat) and provide support to customer's inquiry and concerns..
Job Qualification
Must have a college degree
With more than two (2) years of work experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company
With good customer service skill
Must have good oral and excellent written communication skill*
Bonus points for:
Relevant experience in a customer service role
Experience navigating a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Compensation: Competitive compensation with benefits. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
