Must have at least 1 years CS voice experience.
Minimal supervision required (punctuality & attendance oriented)
Minimum 25mbps FIBER HOME INTERNET CONNECTION dedicated for work.
PC Desktop or Laptop with (Core i3 and above) w/ noise cancelling headset.
Good and neutral accent in ENGLISH
Quiet working environment at home
Great active listening and reasoning skills.
Patient and empathetic attitude.
Positive and enthusiastic look.
Willing to work graveyard shift.
Schedule:
Late shift
Monday to Friday
