Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Job Qualification:
Had at least 6 months BPO experience as a voice call center agent (handling international accounts).
Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH.
With HMO coverage.
Shuttle service is provided.
KonsultaMD (24/7 doctor tele-consultation).
For your convenience, interviews and screenings are done by PHONE or SKYPE.
