Job Description
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Qualification:
Can provide good customer service for the customer
With at least 6 months of experience taking calls
Good communication skills
Must know how to build rapport with the customer
Can work with a team
Can work at graveyard shifts
