RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to clients
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Compiles and cascade delivery schedules provided by the client
Process Sales Invoice for every delivery
Receives purchase order from customer thru fax, e-mail, text or phone Call
Monitor client purchase order balance
