This position helps ensure that all customer enquiries are answered in a timely and correct manner providing excellent service and customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer queries via email, call and/or webchat in a contact center environment, ensuring attainment of designated quality and productivity standards.
Performing warehouse-admin related tasks: processing manual credit card payments, booking customer pick up, credit card refunds.
Escalating issues related to errors in all sales channels and all product manuals.
Recognize, document and alert manager/ stakeholder of trends in customer queries.
Recommend process improvement.
Successfully turn a chat/call into a sale
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Communication Skills including Chatting, Writing, Voice with good grammar
Ability to Multitask
Ability to quickly devise solutions to problems they are presented with in a Fast-Paced Environment
Ability to Quickly Navigate Tools
Typing skills
Understands sense of urgency in a web chat environment
Customer Retention skills; Ability to quickly to resolve customer issues
EDUCATION
University Graduate/College level with sufficient customer service experience
WORK EXPERIENCE
2 to 4 Years overall experience in Customer Service
Experience in sales and retention
Experience in webchat
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Good health, eyesight and hearing are required.
This position will require some work to be rendered on extended hours and in some cases, on graveyard shift for completion of a project or to meet with clients and project stakeholders;
WORK SCHEDULE: TEMPORARILY ON A WORK FROM HOME ARRANGEMENT
Primary: Morning or Afternoon Shift, 5 days a week including weekends.
Willing to temporarily work from home ( ISP of 5MBPs Upload & Download Required)
To eventually move into an office work environment
NOTE: Other Shifts as the project or department's mandate may require.
