Experience Requirements
· At least 2 years telecommunications experience (preferably Australian)
· VoIP experience is a plus but its not a requirement
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent in Multi-tasking
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work both independently and collaborate with team members
· Go Getter
Responsibilities
· Receive customer concerns over the phone and email ticket such as technical, billing, and orders enquiries
· Wow customers with your ability to resolve their concern with enthusiasm
· Processing of orders for multiple products such as ADSL/NBN, PSTN, Mobile and VoIP
· Back office task and account investigation
