Minimum Requirements:
Must have completed at least 2nd year in college of any course
Must be willing to work a graveyard shift (11PM to 8AM)
Should be confident in communicating in the English language
Excellent customer-service skills
Familiarity in AMS 360 software is a PLUS
At least 6mos experience in sales, marketing,and advertising (or of any related field) is a PLUS.
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products that fit their financial status and needs.
Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
Making sure that all customer-related information entered into the database are correct and up-to-date.
Dealing with customers in a courteous, professional, and assertive demeanor.
Use of mediation and influencing skill-sets when needed
