Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsible to create loyal members who are in good standing, using the facility and encouraging other people to join.
Direct management of defaulted members for their assigned clubs. Operational excellence for defaulter strategies must be completed.
Qualifying new members and to make sure the member goes through the complete onboarding journey including a completion of H.O.P. Furthermore, to ensure the correct payment method is being used such as valid credit cards.
Activities to encourage low usage members to come back and realign their goals to train. This includes increasing overall visits to the club and the number of members returning to the gym.
Be an expert in the systems; Membr, Vend, Member Insight, Club Hub, Volution and Kintone.
Day to Day management of social media, monitoring daily posting, messages, and comments. Completing the in-club activities set by Marketing and/or head office.
