What you will be doing?
Communicate unmistakably and effectively with users.
Promote good listening skills.
Make advice to refine steps and specialized enhancements.
Communicates appropriate choices for resolution in a well-timed manner.
What do we need?
With/without call center experience
Has excellent English communication skills and is computer literate.
For college undergraduates of at least 1 year, no work experience is required.
Accepting High school / Sr. High School  Grads w/at least 1 yr. work exp. related to any Customer Service related field
