As a Customer Service Representative (Retail Special Project), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers participating in a specific retail project. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working to resolve their issues, answer their inquiries, and provide them with a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails related to the retail special project
Provide customers with accurate information regarding the project, including product features, benefits, and pricing
Process orders, returns, and exchanges for customers in accordance with the project's guidelines and policies
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to the product, such as technical issues or questions related to installation or use
Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status and shipping updates
Handle and process customer payments and refunds in accordance with the project's policies
Collaborate with other team members, such as sales and operations, to achieve project goals and targets
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Uphold the company's values and mission by providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive brand image
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
