Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or online chat

Follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
College Graduates/Undergraduates
With at least 1 year of customer-facing experience BPO/NONBPO
Above-average communication skills
Can do Walk In Process

Willing to work on shifting schedule
