The Retail Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers in a retail environment. This position will require the representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product and service information to customers. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Process sales transactions and handle returns and exchanges.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback, complaints and trends.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with product information, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
