CSR - Retail Account
Location: Cagayan De Oro City
DUTIES:
Helping and assisting customers with their complaints and questions.
give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Provide the best solution to make customers satisfied.
Requirements:
HS Graduates (old curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum)
With at least 6 months of customer-facing experience
Typing speed of 25-30 wpm
Specific requirements (WAH)Candidate must be within 2 hours from CDO mother site in case of internet /power connectivity failures - candidate will be asked to work on site instead
candidates must be able to provide 2 screenshots for the internet speed test
Screenshots were done at 9 AM
Screenshots were done at 3 PM
Screenshots done at 12AM/Midnight
