Job Customer Service Representative
As CSR, you will help LegalMatch Philippines improve its services by conducting interviews and gathering important data direct from the company's customers.
Among your responsibilities are the following:
Call customers and conduct surveys according to required guidelines and format
Input information accurately into our system
Represent the company in the best way possible during conversations with customers
To qualify for this position
