Customer Service Representative qrMHI
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives customers' requests by telephone or email
Analyze transactions, corrects records and adjust errors
Performs daily telemarketing activities and gathers sales leads as support for sales team
Notifies customers on booking matters and for any irregularities
Attends to walk-in clients
Prepares weekly and monthly reports
Attends to post-flight duties particularly shipments, cargo loading and departure
Qualifications:
Has the ability to connect and appease customers
Resourceful and has knowledge in booking system
Willing to work on Holidays and peak season
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
