A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a professional responsible for providing assistance and support to customers of a company. Their primary duties include answering customers' inquiries and resolving complaints via phone, email, chat or in-person communication.
Qualifications:
PH Registered nurse
With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
