About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for an experienced web designer to create web pages for our prospective clients.
​Work Schedule and Arrangement:
Night Shift, Onsite/Remote work arrangament, Full Time
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Develop trust with patients, understand their health needs, engage on how we can best support them and orchestrate the initial engagement with our clinical team.
Call the lead list of 200 - 300 patients.
Make at least 60 outbound calls daily.
Update company CRM.
Maintain reports and overall CRM functionality.
Requirements:
At least college level
Excellent English Communication Skills
At least 6 months of Outbound Telesales experience
At least 6 months of experience in a Healthcare account
Must have at least 6 months of prior remote work experience (for remote work set up)
Stable internet connection with 100 mbps internet speed and a conducive work environment at home (for remote work set up)
Willing to work night shift
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 22,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
