•Answer customer inquiries, either electronically (email / chat) or by phone
•Assist customers to make the right product selection/find products on ebay and other marketplaces
•Communicate confidently and effectively
•Provide quotes
•Quote customers (systematic way to quote customers)
•Have a good overall understanding of the systems ("connecting related system")
•Confident in making suggestions to support continuous improvement
•Ideally someone that can sell but this is not a hard sell, it is more about educating the buyer
