JOB DESCRIPTION

Answer and resolve any questions and/or complaints that customers have regarding their policy with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide information to potential new customers who have questions regarding the products and services.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned
If you have the following, then this role is for you!
2+ years’ experience in the insurance industry and customer support experience
Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
Knowledge of insurance investment business an asset
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
