2. Handles all assigned customer-related inbound calls, sms, and emails. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests for loan adjustments and payment arrangement.
3. Corresponds to customer complaints and forward to concerned departments for resolution.
4. Handles tele-sales functions that would include doing outbound calls to offer for repeat sales and loan applications.
