Receive inbound requests via Omni Channel (Chat, Email, Voice) to ensure calls and requests are answered and resolved in a timely manner for Client's patients and partner which may be available via web but wants human interaction.
Update data and documentation during and after each interaction.
Ensure HIPAA guidelines are met, maintaining complete confidentiality of all information
Strive to fully resolve tasks with each interaction
Work directly with the Client's point of contact with oversight from Client's management team.
Ensure that all IT resources are within guidelines of accessing all levels of platforms
Create a global "Team" environment that allows a feedback loop for growth and opportunities
Respond to additional tasks as directed by the Client
Created an "idle" tasks list of duties required to completed when no immediate requests are needed
Create customized reports that show daily/weekly/monthly measurables to manage the campaign effectively
1 - 2+ years Insurance Prior Authorization and Verification experience
With knowledge of CPT codes for office procedures, surgical procedures, drug prescriptions, Medicare, HMO & PPO verifications
Experience and understanding of healthcare insurance a MUS
Gain and maintain extensive knowledge of different coverage and policies with mixed use of products
Detail oriented to maintain accurate patient insurance records
Great documentation and organizational skills to record full details of outbound documentation with providers
Dependable and dedicated to patients to the medical practive
Optimistic and positive attitude
A self-motivated and independent worker
Comfort with meeting SLAs
