We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product or service-related inquiries and issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Follow established procedures and guidelines for resolving customer concerns
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior representative
Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
With or without call center experience high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Amenable to work on site
Must be fully vaccinated
