As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assigned to manage various customer issues depending on your account assignment. Transactions can be related to billing and collection support, client inquiries, technical or product support or inbound sales.

About the Role
· Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
· Generate customer interest in the company's products or services
· Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
· Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
· Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer
Requirements
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
· Comfortable using computers.
· Can type at least 35 wpm
· Experience working with customer support.
· Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
