Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Health Care)
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: February 2024
Schedule: 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Engage with geriatric and pediatric patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
Demonstrate patience and maturity when addressing concerns or issues raised by clients, particularly handling irate or difficult patients effectively
Utilize exceptional soft skills, including empathy and kindness, to build rapport and trust with clients
Take and interpret the 16pf Test, emphasizing high scores in nurturance and succorance, aligning with the demands of the role
Possess knowledge or experience with Eclinical Works or similar hospitality home management systems
Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and relevant information.
Qualifications:
Exceptional empathy, compassion, and kindness in dealing with diverse patient demographics, including geriatric and pediatric individuals
Demonstrated ability to remain patient and composed in challenging situations, particularly when handling irate or difficult patients
High scores in nurturance and succorance on the 16pf Test, reflecting a nurturing and supportive disposition
Familiarity with Eclinical Works or similar hospitality home management systems is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with the team
Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in healthcare or related fields, is an advantage
