Qualifications:
. No BPO Experience Required
. College Graduate with excellent communication skills - even starters & adapters are accepted
. Vocational Graduate (2 year graduate only - no TESDA courses) - 2 years customer facing experience
. High-school graduate (Old curriculum) - with at least 4 years customer facing experience
. Sr High-school (New curriculum) - 2 years customer facing experience
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
. Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
