Description :
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings
Qualifications :
18 years of age and above
>Must have at least 6months(continuous)Voice(inbound/outbound) BPO experience.
>Sales experience is a plus
>Call Center experience can be viewed as long as app passed the client validation with good communications skills
>Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
>Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)
>Diploma is not required
>Willing to work on-site in Ayala, Makati
>Above average communications skills
