Provide Concur reporting
Upload employee files onto Concur (T&E Specialist)
Audit (check) T&E claims
Trains partners on system and process changes
Analyzes and reconciles central credit card accounts
Process Travel Agent Commissions using our Lodging Management System (AS400), TourPartner, and VisualOne
Work with the reservations, accounts payable, and vendor setup departments to ensure accurate and timely payments to Travel Agents
Ensure that TourPartner books daily accounting entries correctly
Assist with travel accounting processes including vendor payments
Complete monthly journal entries to ensure accurate accounting within GAAP standards
QUALIFICATIONS?
- at least 18 years old
- at least HS graduate
- must have customer facing experience (other industry)
