The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients of a financial account. They will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. The CSR will be expected to have a strong understanding of the financial products and services offered by the account and be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner
Assisting customers with account-related issues, such as checking balances, transaction inquiries, and resolving disputes
Providing guidance and education to customers on financial products and services, such as credit cards, loans, and insurance options
Processing customer requests for financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the account's systems
Adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines set forth by the account and industry standards
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Above Average Communication skills
Amenable to work on site
