We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in Davao City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering outstanding service through phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Process customer requests, orders, and account updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Build positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to work on-site in Davao City.
