CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (VOICE)
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skill
• Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
• Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
• Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following:
Answering email inquiries
Able to do Inbound Calls
Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
• Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
• Team player and able to work with less supervision
• Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
• Good problem solver & a Positive attitude
• Willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends & holidays
• Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
• Independent with positive work ethics and passion to succeed
• Can Multi-task answering email inquiries, chatting with store visitors & entertaining calls
• Willing to start immediately
