Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our Retail Account. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to customers in the retail industry. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to retail customers via phone, email, or chat.
Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, payments, and returns.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating the online retail platform.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain customer records and update information in the customer database.
Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction targets.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement and customer service enhancements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent/SHS Graduates/UG With at least 6 months of BPO experience
College Graduates may apply with or without experience
Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required by the position.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Patience and empathy to handle difficult customer situations effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
