As a Customer Service Representative in the Financial Travel Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who are seeking assistance with their financial travel needs. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet the clients' needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide accurate information about financial travel products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Investigate and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Attend training sessions and continuously improve knowledge of financial travel products and services
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security standards
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Finances, Customer Support
