As a Customer Service Representative in business services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients who have questions or concerns related to our business services. You will work closely with the business services team to ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy
Provide customers with accurate information regarding our business services and processes
Work collaboratively with the business services team to identify and resolve customer issues
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders and payments using our business services platform
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the business services team
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in policies and procedures related to our business services
Qualifications:
At least high school/ Senior High School Graduate;
Call center experience not required
Good to excellent communication skills
Amenable to work on site
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
