Your responsibilities include :
Explaining products or services and prices, and answering questions from customers
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The Profile
You have at least 1 year of BPO experience with a banking and finance account
You have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
You have excellent communication and presentation skills
You have a high sense of urgency and are extremely good at managing stressful situations
You are fluent in English to be able to communicate with international customers
