Job Customer Service Representative
In this role, you are expected to assist the customer appropriatel by ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You are expected to prodive timely feedback and always strive to be flexible and learn new systems/tools. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: College Graduate - with at least 6 months of BPO experience. At least SHS Graduates/High School (Old Curriculum) with at least 6 Months call center experience. At least College Undergraduates (at least 2 years) with at least 6 months of BPO experience. Shifter Profiles (Minimum of 6 months BPO experience). Fully vaccinated.
