If you are a Customer Service professional with expertise in Australian Telecommunications and strongly passionate in answering and resolving customer concerns in a non-stressed environment, then this could be an opportunity not to be missed.
The main role of the Customer Service Representative is to efficiently provide an outstanding customer experience and resolution through expert analysis of end-users concern.
 
Responsibilities:
Professionally and efficiently answer calls
Provide accurate information to end-users pertaining to Premium Services and how it works
Process claims, knows how to negotiate and make precise judgements on every call
Assisting end-users to cancel their subscriptions
Ad-hoc requests as needed by the customer
Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment
Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Clear speaking voice
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
Excellent command of the English language with neutral accent
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to speak in a polite and friendly manner to customers and potential customers with strong active listening skills
Have a positive attitude to win and wow callers
Energetic and bubbly personality
Amenable to working mid and night shifts
Willing to work overtime as needed
