Job Customer Service
Job Description
Coordinates and liases with customers and financing institutions on all concerns regarding BF-related transactions.
Ensures the orderly and on time compliance of customers of all documentation requirements for BF-related transactions.
Coordinates and ensures the issuance of insurance Certificate of Cover (COC) and policy from accredited insurance agencies.
Ensures the orderly and on time collection of proceeds and other incentives from the financing institutions and insurance agencies.
In-chage of after-sales customer service.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): mathematical skill, detailed-oriented, self-driven, fast-learner, Communication Skill.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan.
No work experience required.
