POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strengthen and develops new and existing client relationships.
- Building relationship with clients based on trust and respect
- Responsible for the promotion of products and services of the
company.
- Generate new leads and prospects
- Draft contracts and proposal for potential clients
- Conduct presentation to approved and prospect clients
- Handle customers or client's concerns
- Provide customer or clients information regarding status of their
account
- Send letters to client for any company's events or memorandum
- Create a forecast report of client's daily transactions
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client's need
fulfillment
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving
process
- Communicate to Warehouse Supervisor for any client's concerns and
announcement.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in
Business Studies, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
· At least 4 years' experience in the related field
· With strong communication skills (verbal and written; English and
Filipino; on the phone and in person)
· Proficient in MS office application
· Confident and self-motivated with pleasing and smart personality
· Good negotiation skills, aggressive, and results oriented
· Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
· Customer oriented and enjoys working with people
· Applicants must be willing to work in Sumulong Highway,
Antipolo,Rizal (near masinag)
