Job Description
- Acts as the first point of contact for the Service Desk - Log, categorize, and prioritize all issues or requests raised on the Service Desk - Document and maintain knowledge scripts for new and existing incidents - Investigate incident tickets to identify potential first-time fixes
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or other related course
- Must be willing to work in Marquee Mall, Pampanga
- Has ability to demonstrate excellent customer service & work ethics
- Fast learner and willing to be trained
