The Customer Service Officer Orders maintains good communication and strong relationships with team members, vendors and clients, whilst ensuring new and existing clients orders are managed efficiently and effectively.
The Customer Service Officer is often the first point of contact with new and existing clients placing orders, and this is a key customer service role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Enter all orders received via fax, email and phone calls
-Contact clients to confirm missing details on received purchase orders prior to entering the order into the system
-Convert quotations to internal orders
-Print and save internal orders, original customer orders and dispatch labels
-Email clients with confirmation of order received
-Create daily sales management report and email to internal team
-Create new daily sales management report at the beginning of every month
-Update sales figures in sales schedules at the beginning of every month
-Record tickets in the customer service pipeline for all product or service problems
-Create systems for any new tasks that will need to be repeated
-Accurate and efficient data entry
-Comply with all company policies and procedures
-Other duties as required
Requirements

-Completed Year-10
-Customer service experience
-Exemplary customer service skills
-Ability to meet commitments under pressure
-Motivation, maturity, autonomy and the ability to work with a team.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Computer literate and familiar with relevant software, including MS Office
-Highly organised
