Attend to customer inquiry
Responsible to receive order from customers and arrange delivery coordination
Coordinate with logistic and follow up delivery status to customers
Responsible to receive customer forecast and disseminate to the concerned department
Accept customer purchase order for production references
Monitor delivery status and ensure documents are in place
Will handle the reports preparation and other documentation requirements both internal and external
