Management of Customer Service Supervisors and responsibility for Philippines based Global Customer Service Department, ensuring adherence to departmental processes and tasks in a timely manner in support of Customer Satisfaction, for ISS product lines.
Support Customer Service Supervisors and act as escalation for any personnel related concerns.
Have overall responsibility of resource requirements and for Philippines based Global Customer Service team including management of recruitment process, training requirements, systems accessibility, workforce capacity, and holiday schedules.
Recommend and provide ideas on systems, standards and mechanisms that can be used to assess Customer Service efficiency, consistency, reliability and quality to consistently improve and ensure quality services are delivered to Customers.
Develop positive relationships with the Global ISS Teams and on-site Leadership team, acting as the Voice of the Customer.
Support the company-wide Customer Service initiatives, representing ISS, where necessary.
Actively program manage internal departments (Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering and Operations) where necessary, to support on-time delivery targets.
Authorize Customer cancellation and credit note requests ensuring full investigation has been carried out by Supervisors prior to submission.
Prepare, analyze and present Customer Service Metrics to ISS Leadership team.
Support Account Receivables and Finance team to reduce aging unpaid invoices and preparation of liquidated damage claims, where required.
Ensure strict compliance and ethical standards to all aspect of policies and procedures.
Promote a strong pay for performance environment where individuals feel empowered and understand their career path. Perform coaching sessions, counseling and promote discipline across all levels in the organization.
