Responsibilities
A customer service representative in a healthcare account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. This role involves handling inquiries and resolving problems related to healthcare services, insurance coverage, and billing. Duties may include:
-Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers
-Verifying insurance coverage and explaining benefits to patients
-Resolving billing issues and processing payments
Providing information about healthcare services and procedures
-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction
-Staying up-to-date with healthcare regulations and insurance policies
Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- 18 years of age and above
- atleast 6 months CCE or Exp in Med/Health
- Or College Graduate of Med Related Course
- Willing to start immediately
-Work on site
