A Customer Service Agent in a Customer High Priority Banking Account is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-value customers of a financial institution.
- This includes handling inquiries and requests related to banking products and services, such as account information, transactions, and loans. -The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of banking regulations and procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills.
-The Customer Service Agent must be able to effectively communicate with high-value customers, provide solutions to their needs, and escalate complex issues to higher levels of management as needed.
-Additionally, the Customer Service Agent must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- With or woithout BPO experience
